Another grunt came from adjusting his seat and another slurping noise came from the mixture of his mug of coffee smacking his scaly and muzzled lips, looking over the paperwork and reports from his fellow Blood Hunters out on the field, finding some are being fewer and fewer. 

He saw this pattern before, especially with his favorite student...Gods above he wish she was safe...gods he wish she’s happy. Maybe she quit? Yeah...maybe she did or she could be working still. It’s not uncommon for some Blood Hunters to silently retire and leave, considering some have better and more interesting life...but he could only hope that his Velvet is doing well.  A knock came from his door, causing him to focus once more. 

“Enter.” 

He called out for the other to enter in, seeing if its another of his new students or what has it. Probably another bullying complant or the fact some of them are hogging a “barrack bunny.”
