Ted Kord, newly promoted detective, is set on the case for a series of murders. The problem is that all of the victims are known criminals, or were showing the early patterns of becoming a criminal. Except that’s not how the law works - who’s been playing Tom Cruise in snagging these people before they actually break the law?

Their best clue is that each corpse bears a calling card - a flower. The flower may differ, but according to Ted’s research, each one bears a meaning relating to the victim in question. When he decides to pick the brain of his local florist, he finds more than he bargained for. Who is this attractive, goofily mysterious man? Why is he working with flowers when, despite his knowledge of their meanings, he’s so terrible at pairing them?

Why is he so buff? Why would a florist need to be that hot and buff????

anyway Booster the time traveling assassin/florist & Ted the green detective working with him before putting the pieces together that he’s the murderer and not knowing what to do with that information. bam.
