Unpopular opinion, but in an omegaverse with omega! Sasuke, he'd have been raised to be a house spouse.

Being able to carry a child would make it likelier for the omegas from clans with kekkei genkai to stay where nothing could happen to them.

Does this mean there are no omega shinobi? No, there are definitely omega shinobi. It's just that clans (especially old-fashioned clans with powerful abilities) don't want to take any chances.
