April 4 & 5th, 2014 - Highlights from MACRock Music Fest, Harrisonburg VA.  Eat your heart out SXSW, MACRock captures the real spirit of a music festival created for independent bands and fans.  Situated in the tiny college town of Harrisonburg, VA, the festival kept five venues (often hitting capacity) busy for the better part of two days.  In addition, the tradition of after hours house shows continued, some "unofficial showcases" were added, and there were even two panel sessions for us industry minded folk.  Above are some of our favorite artists featured this year: Big Ups (top), Charly Bliss (2nd row left), Psychic Teens (2nd row right), Rozwell Kid (3rd row left), Skating Polly (3rd row right), Ex Cult (bottom)
