ive secretly been redesigning the cast of wormwood yet again...... but i think im finally in a spot i like. ive gotten some huge inspiration from 60s medieval revival artists like sheilah beckett as well as a lot of theatrical and ballet costuming.

ive been sticking to mspaint so i dont put so much crazy pressure on myself, plus when youre forced to work with simple tools its easier to focus on what matters in terms of design.

they may go through some more tweaking but im beginning to really like them

So my first crochet project may have been a bit...ambitious. I hybridized a few patterns, and then just ended up piling single stitches onto one another for a more natural look for the suckers.

Progress photos below, including one in his final home with my sister, who has named him Fredrick. She has deemed him worthy of decoration for Christmas, thus converting him into "Festive Fredrick."
