The smut in the last chapter has only complicated my feelings more. It was so hot, but we still can't fully trust him.. so it gave the scene an unsettling vibe to me.
I kept flipping back and forth on whether I was with bucky or against him, you write him in such a sympathetic way that it is so hard to commit to hating him!
Also, she needs Ray back, the reader can trust him, at least a little bit😭 she needs that!
This series is amazing. it's literally my worst nightmare but I cannot stop reading. A testament to your amazing writing talents! But if I was the reader, I definitely would have kms by now lmao.

Hey, lovely! As weird as this sounds, I'm glad there was an unsettling feeling when it came to the smut. The lines are very blurred in this story, our poor girl is having her head and feelings messed with, and it would be a lot for anyone to have to deal with.
I will say, not to spoil things, but this reader will not inflict harm on herself. @targaryenvampireslayer and I have chatted at lengths about this reader. Minus being lonely in the romance department, she was pretty content with her life before Bucky showed up and in a decent headspace. And he has put the fear in her should she try anything that her loved ones may be the ones to suffer. She wouldn't do that to them. He also has eyes on her pretty much 24/7, so I don't think she'd get far if she tried.
This Bucky is a chess master of the games he's playing with his girl. I swear the second she thinks she has him figured out he switches it up on her. I feel like he should be studied.
I miss Ray when he isn't there! I love Ray in canon, but I didn't expect to love him so much in this story. Our girl needs someone on her side in some capacity (like Natasha).
