I use The Minimalist Theme designed by Pixel Union - super simple.
I love that one! I'll use it upon occasion. My only issue with it is that you can't see tags without clicking through to the specific post, which is disappointing. (Unless there's a way to fix that which I don't know about, which is likely...)

The hardest part of trying to be yourself and dressing how you choose is dealing with all the people who are challenged by such independent thought. Some people just can’t handle change well, especially when they can’t do it themselves.
