A tasty BBQ take on the traditional Buffalo Chicken Dip, this appetizer combines the heat of buffalo sauce with the smokey flavor of barbecue.
Ingredients: 2 cups shredded cooked chicken. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1 cup cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped. 1/4 cup celery, finely diced. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Shred the chicken and mix it with ranch dressing, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, celery, barbecue sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl. Combine well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and spread it out evenly. After the oven is hot, bake the dip for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Chips should be used to dip the BBQ Buffalo chicken in. Enjoy the tasty mix of barbecue and buffalo flavors!
