A zesty and tasty Buffalo wing sauce that has just the right amount of heat and tanginess. Perfect for grilling or baking chicken wings to get that crispy outside that makes your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 cup hot sauce. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 cup white vinegar. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Salt to taste. Pepper to taste. 2 lbs chicken wings, cooked.
Instructions: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Some of the things you can add are Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix things together well. Let the flavors blend by simmering the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes. Add more salt and pepper if you like. Set the oven or grill to medium-high heat. Brush the Buffalo sauce all over the cooked chicken wings to make sure they are covered evenly. For another 10 to 15 minutes, grill or bake the wings, basting them with more sauce every so often, until they are crispy and golden brown. Serve the wings hot with extra Buffalo sauce on top. Have fun!
