These Keto Buffalo Wings are crispy, spicy, and perfect for satisfying cravings while following a ketogenic diet. They are easy to make and packed with flavor!
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 2 tbsp butter, melted. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt, to taste. Pepper, to taste. 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing optional, for serving. Celery sticks optional, for serving.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix in the hot sauce. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce so that they are covered all over. Put the wings on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. To make wings crispy and cooked all the way through, bake them for 40 to 45 minutes and flip them over halfway through. If you want, you can serve it hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
