I've had this brush for over a year and I have to say it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. Ideally, the buffer brush is supposed to be a perfect, even coverage brush for powder foundation. The only down-side to the brush is the size. It's short but very full. It's not made for small areas or tiny touch-ups. That's the only thing that bothers me... but of course, that's why they make other brushes! This brush gives absolutely flawless coverage when applying powder foundation or loose mineral powder over a liquid layer. I use a beauty regiment that is very natural and the brush makes a perfect, even skin tone without looking caked on or terribly blended. It's easy to transport, soft, and cleans easily. It's a must have for any woman! I also use it for blush & bronzer on my cheeks... obviously you should clean it before each layer!
PROS: natural coverage, covers well, good bang for the buck, easy to fit in makeup bag, easy to clean
CONS: not good for small areas, must be cleaned frequently to avoid buildup of unwanted foundation & other powders, pricey
