How does one get started doing scientific illustration? I’ve been told it’s something I should pursue and I’d be very interested in trying my hand at it!
You just do it! I took a class on scientific illustration after I got into insects more and wanted to shift my artwork towards that. I didn't go to school specifically for it though so I have no idea what actual programs there are out there. There's no requirement to start doing scientific illustrations though.
