Abra wandered on their own, escaping from the confines of their pokeball to explore. Their trainer was nowhere to be found, but it was clear by the way the pokemon traveled (quick spurts of teleportation) that it didn't seemed to actually care. Instead, it looked curious, wanting to learn more and more about its surroundings. It never noticed that it should have focused on it's direction. It was right about to give a certain, lavender haired someone a headbutt, at least if they didn't move quick enough.
