ive talked about smg4 eating his own organs before, for more context:

smg4 has already gotten to his brain a few times, here are some things because of this:

Decaying!4 can be under contract but CANNOT be mind controlled or whatever (im looking at YOU b.o.t puzzles.)

hes dumber than usual kinda

he does things.. differently.. so to speak.

he sees things EXTREMELY bright.

memory loss

he also has lost some organs like kidneys and stuff that he can't get back
