Dear Mama,

There is so much I wish I could have told you before you passed. However, your heart was so frail and I couldn’t bear to cause you more pain. I am sorry I could not be the son you wanted me to be. I hope you are happy now that you are with Papa and the others. 

I’m going away for a while, and I know it is a little selfish to ask, but could you watch over Auntie for me? I hate to leave her alone but there are some things I need to figure out on my own.
