Building Challenge
You are building a doomsday bunker with 1 floor on a 50x40 lot. THe owners are a family with 4 teens and they are really into electronics and a really afraid of windows and basements. You have $132,680 to build with.
The Family
Chaz and Amaya Greenberg are the parents of four teen daughters. It wasn't easy convincing them to live inside an above ground bunker.
The daughers: Ciara, Amber, Jolene and Piper.
The house is built inside a hill and is selfsufficient in case there is no power from outside sources.
The recreational area that offers, drinking, dancing and darts.
The foyer that leads to both the recreational area and primary bathroom. and the main living area.
The kitchen and dining area.
The living room with huge tv for binge watching their extensive movie collection.
The parents have the primary bedroom with on suite. They also have view into the farming area with cows and chickens and garden area.
Both bathrooms look the same so I'm only picturing one.
Each of the girls have their own rooms along the otherside of the farming enclousure

Komorebi - Micro home (<32 squares) - Theme "traditional Snowy Escape & Japan-inspired) - 1 person w/ budget §20,000 - Pack restrictions: Base Game & Snowy Escape I saw the Graveyard Debug item , and wanted to use it! It required a bit of TOOL/terrain but it was super fun! I thought of the idea of a young adult who wanted to move out, but couldn't afford it, but then saw an ad for a very, very cheap rental in the city. However, the catch is they have to look after the gravestones and be OK with visitors at random times coming to see the graves of their families (especially busy at certain times of the year). Hey, as long as they're not superstitious!
10 Minute Building Challenge!
So, I tried to do the 10-minute building challenge for my legacy family. It was a major fail LOL! I hope you enjoy it!

Of course I could not avoid it for any longer, so yeah: I did my own “every room is a different pack” challenge. It was actually so much fun and a real nightmare to edit, so I hope you’ll enjoy it! The storyline behind this house has a pretty dark twist at some point, and I loved it!
