Updates ~

I had my exam recently & I tried my best but wasn't really satisfied with how I performed.

My next exam is 10 days later & I'm going to try my hardest for it.

I'm discontinuing the 30 day challenge as it wasn't working for me.

I'm now starting an 11 day challenge (for now) in accordance with my next exam. It's not too much like a 30 day challenge so I know I can keep up with it.

The 11 day challenge is going to be filled with study as well as life updates because I recently realized that I stop taking care of myself when my exams or something equally important are around the corner. I want to change this habit of mine so bear with me.

That's it, I guess.

Second official workout on the books. I added a minute tonight (21, vs 20 last night). The goal is to beat myself daily. I'm still gym shy and keeping to my little chosen corner, but that means I'm showing up consistently instead of being paralyzed by decisions and opting not to show up at all. Would you believe I even read a few pages while doing it? That shit ain't last. 😂

Small Study Updates - Day 1

It's been a minute since I've actively shared my efforts here but ı'm slowly trying to come back.

I'm starting this small study updates series for myself as I need to learn and complete a small course right now. And also because I'm trying to prioritize discipline over everything. I'll be giving quick updates here as soon as I finish any chapter or unit.

Today's tasks -

Complete 2 units of Case Study Analysis

Complete 2 units of Ethical Challenges

Complete 3 chapters of Quantitative Techniques

Get a haircut

Walk 10k + steps in between the study sessions

Eat food and keep myself hydrated at all times

What I did today -
