It was the building codes that really got me in the end. When the superheroes showed up. It was an interesting challenge at first. You had to be able to catch any building at any point and have it hold together. "Superman can't save lives if the building just crumbles around him." That's what they said. Got pretty pricey, mind you. More or less just pure steel these days. We paint the brick texture on. Nothing else works. It wish they sent some super concrete with him from whats-that-planet. Would have solved some problems.
