Is there a “right” way to do #fandom? I don’t think so. What do you think?
The Seventh Major Arcana is the Chariot, which is the card of movement and advancing, always with a sight for the better things, although sometimes the road can be bumpy. This is why I choose Xocotlalli, in her Abundance aspect, to represent it. Because even when she may turn to Famine at points on the path? She always seeks to bring back the riches she represents to those who follow her. (Remember, Famine as a Horsewoman or man, means to ration the food we have, so that we all can be alive to reach a better time!)
Next Tarot card is the Emperor. Michael the archangel is the one who symbolizes the authority... Or is it the cats that live in his home and have adopted him as their "feathered human"? that is a very good question. Which is one of the things the Emperor card shows us: Always question who has the authority and why they have it! but if the answer to why they have it is satisfactory, then it's a good thing to follow their lead!
As I continue with the Building Blocks Tarot, here's The Empress, Minal, Sister Autumn, who is right now in charge of our weather for the nice months of September, October and November, although she just gave her crown to Tasya, Sister Winter (Who is a different card). Her throne is a Pumpkin and her crown are the flowing leaves in the wind. Of course she's also a symbol of fertility as the Harvest comes right around these dates where in the USA, you all give Thanks for the good things in life!
How do you interact with #fandom? Do you write #fanfic? Make #fanart? Lemme know!
We continue with #thehighpriestess and I have a question… what was your first #fandom ? I can’t wait to see your answers! Also remember my #kickstarter! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/calicochimera/chavela-chocolate-y-cthulhu/
#Thehighpriestess reminds us to give a second look to things as they may have more to them than skin deep. But she is clear that it doesn’t mean we should like them.
And we finish #themagician with one last consideration about how it’s usually wrong to judge someone by their tastes alone.
