Red Wood Side Table
After building my mom a redwood outdoor dining table she asked me to repurpose her side table that was decorated with tiles and some had broken off. I removed the Tile Tabletop to expose the wrought iron frame. I then built the redwood table top. To give it extra strength I used Mitered corners and pin nailed them together to prevent warping. I love working with redwood it is so beautiful and soft and light. Again I would have much rather thrown a clear coat on it to bring out the natural reds but my mom wanted it to match so two coats of stain later and I was finished.
