I don´t think I´m the only one that finds the scale discouraging? After failing and quitting this journey so many times before due to that damn scale, I finally started doing measurements once a month as well as weighing in. And I´m so happy I did! This last 5 weeks I´ve lost approximately 2 kg, quite alright, but no massive changes. I did my measurements today and was so happy to find that I´ve lost a total of 4 cm around my waist, 1,5cm on the hips, 2 cm around my breasts, 1,5cm around my thighs and 0,5 on my arms! Do your measurements! The scale doesn´t always reflect your hard work and progress :*
