However, when you’re building out a space where the NYC DOB or DOH is involved you neglect to finish a space like this at the risk of failing an inspection. • Identify areas like this during the evaluation / estimation phase, educate your client on code requirements, and avoid the frustration of scrambling during / after a failed inspection to make things right. • How do we finish areas like this?
