I’m currently watching 映像研には手を出すな and the student council has this whiteboard with school clubs and why they are problematic, so let’s see what we have there as reading practice for today. Interestingly enough the 映像研 isn’t on the list, but let’s get into this:
the first two clubs 秋葉原文化同好会 (Akihabara Culture Association) and 醗酵食品啓蒙部 (Fermented Food Enlightenment Club) (the 啓 appears to be written incorrectly) have received complaints about smell (異臭苦情)
next up we have ドローン撮影部 (Drone Filming Club), the problem is violation of privacy
(Carrier Pigeon Club) is deemed problematic for the following reason: 校文書偽装 (I’m a bit confused as to what that’s supposed to mean?? can someone explain? did they mess up the Kanji, or is this just some word I don’t know)
anyway, next we have 炭水化物革命研 (Carbohydrate Revolution Research) the problem being 危険デモ行為 (dangerous demonstration activities??)
(Sound Effects Club) is ignoring their eviction order
(Lure Appreciation Club) is in hot waters (no pun intended) for illegal transactions
(Nokogiri Table Tennis Club) is in trouble for damaging equipment
(Jinmengyo Research) are inciting other students
and finally エクステリア部 (Exterior Club) exceeded their maintenance cost (維持コスト超過)
I usually don’t add translations to the texts I transcribe, I hope I didn’t make to many mistakes. any suggestions for 啓蒙,校文書偽装, 危険デモ行為 and ノコギリ?
until next time
