People are strange; They are constantly angered by trivial things, but on a major matter like totally wasting their lives, they hardly seem to notice.

Another miserable day in the cold.
Today I was reading Bukowski in the park and there was a woman beside me with greasy glasses and she took them off wiped them between her shirt between her fingers and put them back over her eyes. A few minutes later she took her glasses off again and threw them in an open trash bin beside us and I said Girl, I know how you feel.
