The digression of the bulldog breeds saddens me. Although I really like the freckled dog (pictured) he’s truly overweight and another symptom of the overall direction that breeders of all the bully breeds are continuing towards, which is disastrous for the breeds. . . Exaggeration by definition is a representation of something in an excessive matter. A certain few Bully breed breeders are taking this to another level of exaggeration whether it be a wider, shorter, thicker or color mashup of the breed, it’s simply getting out of hand. The freckled dog is an Olde, a relatively newer breed that was intentionally bred to be the performance version of the once mighty English Bulldog but even that breed is suffering from a form of Exaggeration. . . In ending I’m simply stating my opinion one that I’m sure I’m not alone in. I’m not calling out anyone for doing their part I’m pointing out to those that wouldn’t mind being educated on how much the dogs have changed in a relative short time.
