Несмотря на то, что «Бамблби» собрал в мировом прокате всего $412 миллионов (меньше, чем все предыдущие фильмы про трансформеров), в кинокомпании Paramount Pictures всё равно довольны. Во-первых, потому, что фильм получился отличным и смог вернуть уважение и интерес аудитории к войне автоботов и десептиконов. А во-вторых, потому, что стоил в производстве он всего $135 миллионов. Поэтому нет ничего удивительного в том, что «Бамблби» получит продолжение, в котором покажут взаимодействие Оптимуса Прайма и жёлтого малыша.
