I just don't want a dead end job where I would dread waking up every morning. To me RT is like lifetime goal and it's one of the only things that motivates me.

Yes, but I think they want to motivate you in other ways. For me, Rooster Teeth is motivating for many factors. Burnie’s incredible transformation is constantly a big inspiration to me when working out. I feel like they can motivate you in different ways, and I’m not trying to tell you what to do or anything, but they want to inspire you to achieve your fullest potential, which may or may not involve Rooster Teeth. Think of all the other amazing opportunities there are for you, doing things like animating for other companies, or doing your own thing. Maybe even making your own YouTube channel; look at some of the amazing animators featured on channels such as the Game Grumps and Markiplier, and they even get to have their own YouTube channel with their own fanbase!

Yes, Rooster Teeth is an amazing company, and it would be a really cool place to work. But take that inspiration, and use it to your maximum potential. I believe that if you work hard, life will help guide you where you belong, don’t focus on exclusively getting a job there.

Nice. I really want to do animation/production there but set design would be cool too. Honestly I'd do nothing but be a janitor if it meant working there.

It would be really cool to work there, but I sort of disagree with the janitor part. You should do what you love, and even though you’d be working at RT, being a janitor (unless you want to be?) would be a pretty shitty long-term job. Animation/Production would be a super cool thing to do, and if you can’t get in at RT, there’s plenty of options elsewhere, where you’ll make your own family!
