Isn't this a cute little house? It's a 1958 build in Daytona Beach, FL, reduced $16K to $359K and it's COLORFUL.

Tsk, tsk, the entrance is freshly painted, but they should've cleaned it up for the photos.

Well, I told you it was colorful. These murals are very neatly done. Not sure I would've picked orange for the molding. Wait. Did they cover the windows, too?

I went back to look at the windows in the entrance, and it just looks like white shades from the outside.

It's a small house, so the kitchen is right off the living room.

The kitchen's not that tiny. No dishwasher, though.

There's also a hall off the living room that goes to the bedrooms and baths.

The 1st bd. is a nice green w/a blue carpet.

Bd. #2 is a little larger and has a tropical forest mural with matching curtains.

Oh, this bath is lovely. I'm not sure how much I like mirrors in the shower, though. Look at the floor in the shower. Very cool.

Bd. #3 is the largest and has the side door. I don't like outside doors in a bedroom.

Bath #2 is also very nice. It looks like there's a purple light in the shower.

And, they have a new washer/dryer.

There's the side door to the largest bedroom.

The front yard has a pond and rock garden. Not sure if you could sit under the outdoor structure.

It's a cute home on a nice, fenced 5,227 sq ft lot.
