Oh my goodness! What a weekend! Yesterday was a GREAT DAY at the 1st annual Mermaids and Margaritas Festival in Crystal River FL! Hosted by the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce! Hands down the BEST event that I’ve ever attended/participated with in my 28 years of living and breathing in Citrus County. I would like to personally take a moment to thank all of the mermaids and mermen who assisted during the event, all of the volunteers, friends, and family who personally assisted Mertailor in making things happen the day of and everyday up to the event! A special thanks to the Citrus County Sheriff’s office for providing security the night before the event, the Citrus County Fire Department for filling up our mermaid pool, and not to forget Kathleen and the rest of the Chamber for throwing such and AWESOME PARTY!
