🎨 Artist Spotlight: Bunnvoid 🎨
Let's all take a second to admire how much @bunnvoid’s works are capable of telling stories! 📖 Don't be fooled by their heart-racing spotlight art - their zine piece is nothing but heartfelt.
21 & 27! For the artist ask^^
21. Do you like to challenge yourself?
I want to say yes, but I know I’m definitely guilty of sticking to themes/subject matters I enjoy and already draw well 😂 👏 I do like to periodically do studies for anatomy and environments so I can push skills though-I’m of the mind that there’s always more to learn, and it can be a fun experience if you make it so! (Catch me always doing environment/pose studies from my favorite movies/tv shows Lolol) Plus I do think it can be fun to learn new techniques, and it makes me feel very accomplished and proud when I can add a new skill to my repertoire!
27. For digital artists; how many layers does a typical piece require?
This honestly depends on the piece! If it’s something more complex, I’ll usually use more layers to partition stuff out-like multiple for line art, coloring, background, etc. but for more simple stuff I try and merge things together more-so all the line art would be on one layer, all the color on one, and so on! I definitely rack up the layer numbers on effects though-adding VFX, color corrections, blend modes, and layer effects always get the number pretty high in the end 😂 🤚 I also get very paranoid about getting rid of anything, because what if I mess something up and don’t have a back up?? If I had to guess, I’d say 10-20 for a simple piece, and easily 25+ for something more complicated lol
Hello everyone!! Now that the holidays are over, we've got the ball rolling again and production is moving forward! Our die-cut stickers have arrived!! And they look amazing 🥺💖
