A little overdue shoutout

Ok, so you know how there are tumblr blogs that you admire from afar and that are like, your favorites? And then they follow you back and you can´t believe that it is real? Yes, @hello-nicolexoxo-love, @wellcometothedarkside, @cherik-speightlover, I am talking about you! So shoutout to you, for making me squee everytime I see you on my dash! :)

Give Love Today

About one year and eight months ago I went to a convention where I met two lovely people. We exchanged numbers and didn´t talk for a few months, we live some hours worth of travel apart and all have lives to live.

Now a little over a year ago one of my supposed friends screwed me over real bad. I am talking bullying me into therapy bad while managing to portray themselves as the victim and me as the abuser, resulting in me being entirely isolated in school.

Around that time @sophoklesworld texted me and we started talking on a regular basis. Half a year later I got a smartphone and now we have three groupchats with @bunteslicht.

I don´t know how, but I swear that they are psychic. Whenever my depression hits me hard, because of whatever might be, I go to my phone and find lovely messages and funny pictures.

These two are amazing, incredible human beings who keep giving even when they feel like they can´t.

Even though they are so far away from me, they always know when I need them and are there for me.

They deserve recognition because they don´t expect it. They give and care for the sake of friendship, they don´t ask for anything in return. Sometimes they struggle but still find kind words to cheer me up.

They are one of the main reasons I keep going. @sophoklesworld makes sure to send me little check ups to remind me to take care of myself when all I want to do is hurt myself.

I don´t cut. If I didn´t know them though, I would have started when my parents split.

These two people made a huge difference in my life. Even when we don´t talk for days, I know they are there. They are my best friends and I don´t know where I would be without them. When I mentioned in passing that I would love a sock monkey hat, @bunteslicht knitted one and sent it to me as a bday present.

They are selfless, loving people, who deserve to be happy. Their lives aren´t perfect but they try to make other peoples lives better without asking for a payment.

I don´t want to imagine my life without them.
