Combine the flavors of a smoky grilled burger with the deliciousness of a pizza in this mouthwatering creation. The burger patties are seasoned with smoked paprika and topped with mozzarella cheese, while fresh greens and tomatoes add a burst of freshness. It's a perfect blend of two classic favorites in one!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup fresh spinach leaves. 1 cup sliced tomatoes. 1/2 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix them together. Four burger patties should be made from the seasoned beef. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Close the grill lid and put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each patty in the last few minutes of cooking. This will melt the cheese. Split the hamburger buns in half and toast them a little on the grill while the burgers are cooking. Spread pizza sauce on the bottom bun of each burger, then add a grilled burger patty with melted cheese. Place fresh spinach leaves, tomato slices, red onion slices, black olives, and chopped fresh basil on top of the patty. Last, put the top bun on top of the burger.
