So does that mean that if Mighty Cleave is used through Burning Bulwark, Boulder still gets burnt? I decided to check the Bulbapedia pages for the two moves but didn’t really get a proper answer, although I did initially interpret both of these as an answer to my question (“do their full damage and remove the effect of Burning Bulwark” - remove the burn? “bypasses the effects” - ignores the burn?) but I think it might just mean that those moves remove the protection granted by Burning Bulwark while Mighty Cleave ignores any protection that’s been set up by those moves
