okay, i was rewatched the qnas and found something interesting in qna 3

we dont know a lot about hero, but with knowing this about him we can piece together some of the alfred and sam lore, as well the burningbullet lore we have.

alright, sam killed hero’s killer

which could be why alfred and sam ended up in prison together in this video

alfred couldve helped sam in killing whoever murdered hero, or at least, the police believed he helped, which is why they ended up in jail this first time

and, the guards were apparently bad, and they set the prison on fire, but taking the good guards with them

THIS is probably when this screenshot takes place

neil was probably one of the good guards that sam decided to safe. theres obviously fire surrounding them, so that’s probably when sam lit the prison on fire, and took neil with him.

gahhh i need to know more lore about sam, alfred, and hero
