⤷ 『 ❝ I guess I don't have a choice. ❞ 』
They had made quite the lovely agreement, in Virgo's opinion.
The unrest from the sped-up angelic invasion had caused his latest shipment to be either raided or simply waylaid. He'd not yet received intel from the one in charge of his cargo so when Dante Arackniss had entered his humble establishment for the latest model he'd been unable to provide.
That's not to say he hadn't taken full advantage of the situation however. Arackniss was skilled and fierce despite his small stature and Virgo knew he would be able to retrieve his cache without much trouble. However, just giving him an assignment wouldn't do. After all, much as he would enjoy it, Dante wasn't tied down to him and wasn't so easy to catch and tie down either.
So he'd made him an offer.
Retrieve the entirety of the cache and pick out your item of choice free of charge, or fail to retrieve the entirety of the stock list and agree to feed him instead.
Dante had brought back everything short of three guns, likely stolen in the skirmish and the second the first was noted missing as he took stock, his excitement rose, translucent wings fluttering behind him eagerly. It was an obvious tell he knew Arackniss would pick up on, but all the better for him to mentally prepare. He'd always been so reluctant over the idea, shutting the vampiric demon down before he'd ever gotten the opportunity for even so much as a taste. Is it any surprise he's eager?
"Here, you can run a check yourself if you want." He murmured with a light smirk as he handed the inventory sheet to the other, knowing Dante would want to check himself and not just take his word for it. Virgo had actually be willing to part with a specimen if it kept his working relation with the arachnid in order.
"We did agree~" He purrs when Dante speaks up and beckons him closer. "Just relax, you'll barely feel a prick I promise~" He couldn't help but lick his lips in anticipation, and when Dante held still and exposed his neck he breathed deep before his proboscis extended from the roof of his mouth and pierced directly into a vein.
That sweet metallic life blood all but flooded his mouth and Virgo's eyes lidded at the rich flavour. Oh, this had been worth the wait to be sure. He took his fill gently, careful not to jostle or provide discomfort even as his arms wrapped lightly around the other's waist to keep him close.
Finally his proboscis withdrew from the skin and he gently brushed his tongue over the puncture mark to ensure it wouldn't become aggravated the way mosquito bites normally did, as well as to catch that last delicious droplet.
"Mm, thank you for that. You're absolutely delicious~"
