Davesprite had been Hiromi's roommate since the beginning of the school year, after his old roommate kicked him out (since she was going on a study abroad trip to...Greece? Australia? Like it mattered). He hadn't known Hiromi at all when he moved in, and, after months of cohabitation, he still barely knew her.

They got along fine, though, and stayed out of each other's way for the most part.
