author's note: Okay this chapter flowed a lot more smoothly compared to the others. Hopefully I didn't rush it too much... Sorry for any clumsiness in my writing! author's note: Wow SO sorry this took me nearly three years to update! In 2024 I started to feel very unmotivated and terrible about my writing abilities and I nearly gave up on fanfiction. I actually deleted the original draft to this chapter! When I started writing again I decided to work on a project that I hadn't updated in 10 years, so that's where most of my time has been dedicated to. I hope to be more consistent with this story now, not sure if anyone is still reading this but I'll try to keep my updates on the regular! Not sure if the Uncharted fandom is still alive, but I see some activity on Tumblr!
