Yesterday my @burningpagescandles rep package came and I couldn't have been happier by what was inside 😍 I am obsessing over every scent 😍 I have long time been a fan of the Ignite Me scent so I'm so happy to have it in a full size jar - and the Antari, Night Court and Winter Court candles are as gorgeous as I expected 😍 Included are: Ignite Me - smells of silk sheets, honeysuckle and lemon soap. Patronus charm- Spring, rain, birch and wood. The Antari - Lillies, Tube Rose, and Rain. Nightlock- various berries. Will Herondale - black tea and leather bound books. Spoiler-warning for those of you who haven’t read EOS yet! — - - - This is a casual reminder that Rowan is so damn loyal that he, even though he could feel a bond between him and Aelin, ignored his feelings in respect for the dead woman he THOUGHT were his mate (seriously, the way Maeve tortured his poor soul is so disgusting and I want her dead please!). Casual reminder that he helped Aelin love herself and her Fae-heritage (that she only associated with pain and being a monster before), even though she did most of it by herself, he was there every step of the way and helped her control and embrace the powers that she was so scared of and that would otherwise threaten to ruin her. Friendly reminder that he was prepared to let Maeve torture him, and all for someone he at the time thought could be nothing but a close friend. Reminder that Rowan is precious and deserves so much love (seriously, the man mourned for a woman and child for centuries and hated himself for so long because of their deaths) and none of the hate he’s getting from this fandom. You try hating yourself and blaming yourself for the death of your one true love (the one person you’re meant to protect with your life) and not come out a little cold and hard on the other end. The man went through Maeve’s psychological and physical abuse/torture for CENTURIES and honestly, I think it’s quite amazing that he’s still able to love and trust (both romantically and platonically) as fiercely as he does. He and Aelin are so damn perfectly imperfect together and I love them so much! ✨ — I also love these candles from @burningpagescandles and my Nessian-candles that I ordered are due to arrive in about a week or two as well, I’m so damn excited to take new photos of them! Eeep!
