If @anonews.co is actually fucking real it would be great for you to do the wipe out all the debt hack sometime soon. There is an unbelievable amount of debt I’ve incurred and the government wants me to work? So they can keep a float? I’m sorry as a human being with already $5000 in debt from existing and now add this on? How do people live again? Oh right, they don’t. But please give the rich people tax breaks. When the revolution starts I’m fucking taking the world back! #fuckthegovernment #fucktrump #burnthemoney

Can I Have a Hall Pass?
Dedicated to my Super Psycho Stars who have stuck by Joey Weirdo Broyles and still stick by the Freak that is me. I am thankful that you love me, always.
Money‘s Burning Impression + The Hall Pass People
Looking back at "Burn the Money" I am still humbled every time someone says they love the song or love the short film. All art is it’s only yours until you release into the world. The people’s “Burn the Money” came from a dark place. I as a starving artist have never had a lot of money. Growing up lower-middle class we didn't have money and when we did there was the mismanagement of money. Money! You need money to do this. You need money to do that. It reminds me of a simple lesson I learned in school: If you don't have a hall pass, in the hallway, you get a detention.
Hall Passes for Everyone!
Lack of money is the adult’s version of not having a hall pass: detention. Yet there is always a teacher's pet, an untouchable, like a wealthy aristocrat who has the money to buy likes, status, and stand in a hallway as long as they want. I suppose that I should make friends with more kids with hall passes but I have a hard time being genuine with the privileged. I have a pulse on the people and the real people of this country are struggling and I should know because I am one of those people: struggling to survive.
I may be struggling, but, for fractions of a second and sometimes even 10 seconds I live my dream. I make music, art, and films. This is my dream and even though I’m serving lattes to the privileged hall pass people of the world, they do give me 5 second hall passes to help my dream come true. The struggle is real: you need money to survive and yet it wreaks of corrupt power and injustice: if only we could burn it all down. Imagine if the world didn’t strive for money, power, and greed... Oh man!
New Album Coming in 2016
I wrote a song called “Lied To Us” which I consider to be the final installment of “Burn the Money” and this stanza trickled out of my mouth on the first rough recording, as if I already knew the words to an unwritten song:
Another man’s quest for power brings us down to our knees. Another man’s desperate hour takes away what was free.
I think it says a lot about our society and our quest for more money, more power, and more greed. Even though man has good intentions, we stumble, we fall, we get dark, and we sell our souls. I’m not interested in selling my soul, but I would die for the world.
I’m currently working on a new album and I’ve been revisiting so many themes from my last album: Future Pop Revolution. I find that even though I’m revisiting this album, I’m not building a hybrid, but I am opening up even more than I thought I could about life. Which is scary!
There has been a lot of growth since the beginning of production of FPR. My voice is fuller, I have new things to say, and a lot of amazing people are lending their talent to the project. I am so thankful to have my friends help build this because a revolution is always better to fight with friends! The themes from this album are dark and light everything from love ballads, anti-establishment, bullying, finding acceptance, betrayal, sex, and extra-terrestrial.
I won’t give too much away but I will share the track list. I’m sort of making a mini-documentary about the process and showcasing what it takes to build the vision. Get excited too because there will be a fundraising campaign happening next year!

Thank You For Being A Fan
I am thankful for my fans, friends, and family who have pledged money, come to shows, watch and share my videos, and buy and stream my music, and buy merchandise to share with the world. If someone told me 4 years ago that a bunch of people will follow and love you for your music, take Joey props off the stage to take selfies with, vote for your songs on radio contest shows, and just love the weirdo you are, I would’ve broke down crying.
The whole in my heart is filled when I’m on stage living my dream and pushing the world to think. I will always fight for you because we share the same troubles and I know we can kick some serious ass. When we all come together online, at shows, on the astral plane: we have the power to change the world like any song, film or piece of artwork. All you gotta do is kick that door open and jump outside the comfort zone.
Bringing It Back Home
Because you believed in me and “Burn the Money” I’m a step closer to living the dream and hopefully we’re a step closer to saving the world. Let’s keep kicking down the doors of comfort and ever settle because we shouldn’t and because settling is BORING!
xoxo and a dash of glitter,
Joey Broyles
Dear SuperPsychoStars!
#TBT Burn the Money
In 2012 I wrote this script for my first music video "Burn the Money." Little did I know that this video would be what I see as my true legacy. If I died tomorrow, I am incredibly passionate and proud of what we all stood for in this film. It's so important to fight for what you believe in, no matter what.
Many times I have gotten into heated discussions with fellow friends and family over this subject and I still stand firmly in my beliefs for BTM. I am not telling you to literally burn money, but I am saying money has taken over our entire lives. Money dictates everything we can and can't do in life. It is the ultimate hall pass in our world. Yet I have met many artists where we found another way to survive. Trading services or volunteering knowing that life is greater than money.
life>money
I believe that the world is already on its way to destroying our quality of life for maximum profit. It's in the propaganda we are fed every day by our politicians and mass media. There is no escape, but it doesn't mean we let money have power over us. As I've been writing the script for the follow up to "Burn the Money," I constantly remind myself there is more to life than money. I am an artist who believes that money has no value and it is just a glorified hall pass that gets you in where you need to be.
The rich have been sucking us dry so long that people have lost hope because they think they have lost power. We are not powerless, we are just disorganized. Maybe we should remember that as a large body of people we can shape the world how we see fit for a better tomorrow. Cliche as it may sound, this isn't bullshit, it's a fact. Burn the money and you burn their hall pass forcing people to find a new way. What would happen tomorrow if we ALL refused to be bought by money. Imagine the new world we could build!
XOXO and a dash of revolutionary glitter,
Joey Broyles
