“Hey–shut UP, I’m here to help!”
“Okay, first of all, you’re the one that snuck up on me–” he hisses, which earns a frown and a sharp elbow in return as they creep toward the rafters. In all fairness, he had thought himself completely alone in the guts of the maze, perched up on a storage container and holding his breath while a pair of Lucids crossed the floor below, searching out his errant shuffles. Ro, meanwhile, didn’t seem to have a scared bone in her body. He should probably thank her, probably. Instead, naturally petty: “you’re so mean.” Of course, there’s still about seven sleepers between them and the exit, and he still has exactly one noisemaker to his name, presently. Two raise their veiled heads at the sounds above, and Graham raises his hands in mock surrendering, lowers his voice even further. “Okay, Okay–So what next, bossy?”
