What little headcanons do you have about Gojo's eating hatibs (and burping habits;) ?
Hmmm, let's see...here we go:
Eating:
Gojo CANNOT eat a meal without a something sweet afterwards. That includes breakfast! He always has to pair an omelette with some marmalade/jam toast or a toaster strudel.
Gojo considers it an offense to the establishment to take leftovers home from a restaurant, so he'll force himself to clean his plate, even when he's ready to pop. Oftentimes he doesn't fully feel it until he gets up from the restaurant booth with a huff and tries to play it off as a cough.
Gojo likes to maintain the illusion that his stomach is bottomless, so he'll try to hide when he's overfull from his peers and students. But it's hard to do when he's burping under his breath every few seconds and wincing every time he shifts positions.
When no one's around, Gojo will literally lick his plates and silverware clean. Like plate to the mouth doggy-style.
Gojo will try almost anything and is able to enjoy the finest of cuisines, but when asked what his favorite food and dessert are, he'll say mac and cheese and ice cream.
Gojo orders takeout almost every night. Why wouldn't he? He's hella rich and a big, hungry, active boy. Plus, he can't cook for his life
Gojo enjoys spicy foods, but his tolerance for them is pretty low. He needs a glass of milk with it otherwise he'll be panting and guzzling water, but the combination of spicy food and loads of dairy makes him tummy a little upset and he gets really gassy. It certainly doesn't stop him from eating them, though.
Because of the fair amount of bellyaches his eating habits induce, Gojo has mastered the technique of giving himself a tummy massage that'll soothe his digestion. He's super touch-starved and sometimes wishes someone else would do it for him, though :(
Burping:
Gojo's first burp is like a floodgate; when he's gassy or full he can hold them until he lets out the first one, and then they just don't stop.
When he's by himself and really bloated, Gojo sometimes burps himself by pushing his full tummy into a countertop or table, sending a hot rush of gas shooting up his throat.
Gojo is a nauseous burper. Whether it's due to motion sickness (shameless plug: see my fic, "The Strongest's Weakness" ;)), eating too much, or a stomach bug, his belly processes its upset state by forcing up sickly little burps.
Gojo will sometimes ask Nanami to help burp him when he has a stuck belch. Now hold on! Before you say that there's no way Nanami would let this happen, Gojo advertises it as an excuse to hit him. He lets Nanami give him a solid whap on the back, which both sends him lurching forward with the force of the strike and sends a rumbling burp up his gullet.
Stuck burps are one of Gojo's least favorite feelings. He hates the feeling of knowing he has gas that would just feel oh so good to get out if it was accessible but not being able to burp it out because it's buried under mountains of food in his tummy. He's afraid to force burps too much because he's usually so full that some food would come up with it, so he sometimes chugs a soda or water to help the gas conglomerate. When he finally burps, he'll let out a big moan of relief, his gangly legs buckling under him as he leans against the counter.
Gojo burp-yawns a lot. You know those yawns where a little gas bubble comes up because you open your mouth so wide? Yeah. Picture that in a meeting with the higher-ups.

You might have written something on this already, but do you have any Doppio/Diavolo headcanons, maybe with some burping?
Oh yeah, I think I’ve written some before in the past... but time for some new ones! Ok so like -
Sometimes Diavolo enjoys stuffing himself to the brim, and poor Doppio is the one who ends up with a tummy ache. The worst part is he swears he didn’t really eat that much and yet he finds himself needing to unbutton his pants and the burps just won’t stop coming.
How embarrassing!! Doppio doesn’t want to call the boss like this - not with him burping and hiccuping inbetween his words like this!
It only makes Doppio try to get all of his gas out doing his best to coax out all of those burps - his burps are much louder than you’d expect. He gets really embarrassed about them too... Definitely the type to excuse himself.
Sometimes the opposite happens for Doppio - how inconvenient when certain foods that Doppio can tolerate ends up upsetting Diavolo’s stomach and now he’s the one that’s got to pay for it. Coffee tends to make Diavolo gassy as well as some other foods too.
He does his best to try to stifle his burps, but even then the powerful rumble of his burps can still be disruptive. It’s a good thing he tends to stay away from people or else this could lead to an embarrassing situation.
♡ itty body, large capacity, big bites and chipmunk cheeks.
♡ strong stomach for any food, sensitive stomach to motion.
♡ eats like he doesn’t have time. hobi and jin always teases him that he eats like he grew up with a house full of siblings.
♡ finicky tae’s garbage disposal #2 (first being kook) around the clock--doesn’t mind it one bit.
♡ likes to trail fingers up and down his full belly when he has a chance to lounge around after eating. makes him sleepy.
♡ has particular favorites but will eat and appreciate whatever’s been put in front of him.
♡ will eat from your hands, or steal a bite.
♡ loooooooveeeeesss to be fed. 👏FEED👏THAT👏BOY👏
♡ needs your attention when he doesn’t feel good. your participation is not a choice. he will find you and he will lay his body over you.
♡ will rub all up and whine at the back of his throat until you touch him, all “love me, pet me, hold me” until comforted. self soothing is pointless if someone’s in the vicinity. like, why rub my own tummy when there’s a hyung/dongsaeng who can do it for me?
♡ hiccupy baby: when drunk/tipsy, full, after eating too fast (which happens almost every time), before he’s sick--after he’s been sick, after long fits of laughter, when startled. . .etc. //cute, subtle, and chirpy hiccups most of the time---deep and heavy enough to jolt his whole body if he’s nauseous.
♡ burps quietly. usually small enough to be contained without even opening his mouth. isn’t a very burpy individual, unless he’s not feeling well. motion sickness will swirl things up enough to make him burp pretty loudly. same if he’s nauseated for whatever reason. in those cases, they’ll be clear, throaty, and pretty wet.
♡ talkative belly in general. isn’t embarrassed about it unless it’s upset. likes to make a joke out of it and pretend it has a personality to diffuse the awkward sound. cutely talks back to it--jin often plays along.
Do you have any burp canons for Silver the Hedgehog?
Oh geez um,, I haven’t given this any thought since I was younger because I am no longer active in the fandom but here’s some brief little things for him:
He’s an absolute pure sweetheart so he’d 100% be a shy burper or at the very least a quiet one.
He’s very apologetic if a tiny burp does escape him and even moreso when a particularly bigger than usual one comes out.
For the most part he tries his best to stifle them especially around Blaze.

What do other characters think about Gojo's gassy issues? I think Shoko doesn't mind. She probably gives him a buddy elbow kick when Gojo lets out an unapologetic burp during corporate dinner party and smirks "wow, that was a good one, big boy!". Yuji obviously thinks Gojo's massive belches are impressive and hilarious. Ijichi probably shakes in his shoes when Gojo suddenly lets out Godzilla-esque burps near him.

I absolutely agree with everything you've got here. Shoko and Yuji would be supportive of the mayhem for sure, and Ijichi would surely be traumatized but too scared to say anything.
Here's how I think some other characters would react:
Geto: Mildly disgusted and uncomfortable. Searches around the room with his eyes to see if anyone is looking at him and Gojo
Megumi: Embarrassed. Tries to hide in his sea urchin hair - poor boy
Nobara: Exaggerated disgust, similar to how she reacted when she found out Yuji ate Sukuna's finger
Nanami: Chides Gojo and quietly scolds him
Sukuna: Unimpressed. Tries to belch louder than Gojo (this gave me a story idea...)
Principal Yaga: Angry. Won't hesitate to bop Gojo on the head
Principal Gakuganji: Also angry. Not in any position to bop Gojo on the head though
Utahime: Immensely frustrated. Barks at Gojo while he teases her about how irritated she got over a "little burp"

♡ big appetite (handsome likes to eat!), fast metabolism, temperamental tummy.
♡ eats more than the average male, but knows his limits. rarely overindulges unless he’s feelin’ wild (or drunk lol). always a horrible mistake if he does.
♡ has a really hard time burping (thus doesn’t burp very often) / body doesn’t work out gas very well :(
♡ needs help to burp (patting/rubbing the chest or back, tummy rubs). tries to take care of it himself, but if he’s having a hard time, he’ll look for jimin because jimin is unjudging and ALWAYS available for gentle tummy rubs or some back patting or just a good cuddle. second choice would be hobi.
♡ likes coffee. coffee doesn’t like him. drinks water in order to enjoy it without a gassy belly afterward.
♡ too much water upsets his stomach (canonnnnn!) doesn’t try to guzzle much while practicing or doing concerts because it makes him gurgly and hiccupy.
♡ suffers bad indigestion if he overeats (because it’s so hard to relieve himself)
♡ very vocal when in distress so will hide away to suffer alone. gets embarrassed if anyone hears him moan or hiccup or burp.
♡ blushes profusely if his stomach makes noises that catch him off guard, even worse if anyone’s around because world-wide-handsome does not! dies inside if any bodily function is audible in public.
♡ burps are either one or the other. quiet and basically a hiccup, choked, strained and kind of painful, or gurgly, heady, and loud. usually always prompts a swallow because it took a lot of effort to dislodge.
♡ gets burpy when nauseous and can’t help it. if jin’s burping on his own and they’re throaty and frequent, something’s wrong. handsome’s about to be sick.
♡ feels entitled to barge into jimin’s room at any time for comfort.

Oof, this could be tricky, but here goes!
I imagine that Neuvillette, being a dragon in disguise, is actually a very hefty belcher. However, the guy always tries his hardest to be polite and he might try to hold it in or release in small burps that don't really help give him any relief in his belly. This is especially the case after he's eaten a meal.
Being a dragon with a big appetite, Neuvillette actually gets really sluggish and sleepy after he's eaten enough to sate him. When that happens, he acts pretty paunch drunk and all that politeness goes out the window. Furina even has him lay in her lap and gently rub his tummy to help him get the burps up and he feels like he can just let them out when he's around her.
He just turns into a big puppy dragon that belches when he's around someone he feels comfortable with.
