They just keep coming!

While I was away in Niagara this weekend (doing wine tours), my Burrageara Stefan Isler has flowered! Only two small flowers, but they’re still totally awesome. It’s also got a small new growth on the large pseudobulb too. Even more exciting, my Pleione Tongariro have shot up over the weekend: one of the growths has a big purple bud! I cannot wait.

Sept. 21, 2014: When summer comes, most people get excited for all the summer activities they can do. It’s kind of a bummer for us since that means a break from the regular monthly orchid society meetings. As summer fades, the weather outside gets cooler, and the orchid society meetings come back!
