A hearty and flavorful beef burrito grande filled with seasoned ground beef, rice, black beans, and cheese, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, diced. 1 bell pepper, diced. 1 cup cooked rice. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large flour tortillas.
Instructions: Warm up the ground beef in a big pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Dice the onion and bell pepper and add them to the pan. Cook until the vegetables get soft. Black beans, salsa, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper should all be added now. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Use a different pan or the microwave to warm up the flour tortillas. Put some of the beef mixture on each tortilla, and then top them with shredded cheddar cheese. As you roll up the tortillas, fold in the sides to make burritos. You can serve it right away with extra salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on top if you want to.
