Beef and Mushroom Stew
One-Pot Spaghetti Bolognese
A comforting one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, fluffy rice, and a rich, creamy sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup long-grain white rice. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup frozen peas. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Saut until softened. Stir in long-grain white rice and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in heavy cream, frozen peas, and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy the delicious Grilled Sausage and Peppers Sub, which is full of Italian flavors and cooked just right. The sandwich is hearty and filling, and it's great for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 4 Italian sausages. 2 bell peppers, sliced. 1 onion, sliced. 4 submarine rolls. 4 slices provolone cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup marinara sauce. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill sausages until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and saut until softened, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When sausages are cooked, remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice each sausage lengthwise, but not all the way through. Place provolone cheese slices inside each roll. Divide the sliced sausages among the rolls. Top with sauted peppers and onions. Drizzle marinara sauce over the filling and sprinkle with chopped basil leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
