How tall would you say Tridant is?

My first instinct is to say pretty tall, it would help with his more imposing image around school, but if I remember correctly the trident itself is actually quite small in comparison to it's wielder, actually I've just googled it to check and the size on this thing is wildly inconsistent jesus christ-

In some images it goes from Tritons crown to just a bit below the start of his tail, in others it's about as tall as he is, the real life toy for children based on the trident is about three feet, and in the images of kids holding it, it does come to around the same height as the smaller trident in Tritons grasp, which is head to a bit below the hip.

Now I could just pick if he's short or tall depending on what one I prefer, but considering one of its magical powers is size changing I want to interpret this as tridant just sometimes changes his height to be taller or shorter depending on his mood. He was raised mostly underwater so he is more used to just being able to swim higher, sometimes he'll make himself taller to reach a high shelf and forget to shrink back down, and sometimes he's smaller to reach something on a bottom drawer easier and forgets to size himself back up. I think this is funny, at this point nobody knows his real height except maybe rook considering but his ass is going to have so much trouble finding it out, one of tridant's vignettes features the day rook tried to get his height and it's a day where tridant is abusing that particular spell more frequently so it's all over the place
