Just curious but, how did your two characters meet?

Okay. First of all, thanks for asking. I’m so happy people care. So you’re really awesome in my book. Anyways, I’ve been looking forward to developing my OCs.

Okay, now to answer your question. Mattem and Antonio met in school when they were… let’s say 7 or 8. Mattem is your honor roll kid that makes the highest grades in the class and he’s always there in class. But this is just because he has strict parents who want him to have a good education. But, you know, he’s a werewolf (he doesn’t know that at this age) so he’s kind of more active and isn’t much of one to stay in one spot for long periods of time.

Now, Antonio, they have more average grades and is the type of kid to occasionally pretend like they’re sick to get out school. They’re the type that will whisper to their friends instead of doing their work. They’re really nice though. They’re going to notice if somebody is having an off day and help them. They don’t even care if the person is a bully or everyone thinks they’re weird. They just like everyone to be happy.

Now, one day, they have like a really big test coming up in class, yeah? So Mattem is studying like the apocalypse is going to be afoot. And Antonio isn’t because they just trust that they know the answers when the test comes. The final day, Antonio approaches Mattem at the playground. Because why is a 7-year-old panicking so much over a test? So they just sit beside Mattem and tell him not to worry about it and that he always makes the best grades anyways.

So they sort of hug and play together after that. They take the test the next day, and when they get the answers back, Mattem thanks Antonio and the two become friends.
