I need to build up my drawing stamina again tbh….

I can’t go for more than like, 20 minutes at a time before I gotta rest my hand for like 10 minutes. My PT has me doing a ton of wrist stretches and strength building exercises too

You know how all those comics are out there abt how important wrist exercises are? Man. They weren’t kidding.
