who's Aoide?

Aoide is a Hollow Knight OC ! They're a Glasswing butterfly, a former soldier and bodyguard with a very rough past I'm still developing. Rather broken, but still with a tough outer shell. They believe - or believe they believe - that the world must still have some good in it. They end up meeting Val and the two become a couple, both have a similar view of the world and a similarly broken mindset, but they keep each other going. Aoide hurts Val back when it hurts them, it's a trade. Makes them both understand their actions have consequences- neither has been in a solid relationship or even had a friend before besides Val briefly knowing Ira.
