So the thing about regeneration is that if you're trying to make it work in a normal body your biggest concern is going to be that it increases the likelihood of cancer developing (according to some tests done on lab mice). Maybe Rucka didn't mean it, but it kind of looks like since Jean-Pierre is the only kid we know of that was conceived post-immortality, his cancer is inherited from Booker, i.e. it's Booker's fault, genetically, that his son died, and he probably knows that. That hurts me.

however i mean If booker-junior inherited some Immortality Cancer Fuckery from booker, wouldnt that imply that the immortality itself is genetic?
