So the thing about regeneration is that if you're trying to make it work in a normal body your biggest concern is going to be that it increases the likelihood of cancer developing (according to some tests done on lab mice). Maybe Rucka didn't mean it, but it kind of looks like since Jean-Pierre is the only kid we know of that was conceived post-immortality, his cancer is inherited from Booker, i.e. it's Booker's fault, genetically, that his son died, and he probably knows that. That hurts me.

Started a new VHD writing project, furthering my Vampire Hunter Chronicles shiz. Roughly 8 or 9 pages into the first chapter atm, so not sure of when it’ll be posted. Also don’t know if it’s going to be as long as ‘Retribution’, but I certainly don’t plan on making it a shorty either. Main thing to keep in mind, though--Twin D is returning. Been sitting on this plan for years, and finally get to do it. Don’t wanna give away too much...but fully expect fuckery, and this dumbass to get himself punched in the face at least twice.
